RFID Security Gate
RFID security gate system installed at office doors, server rooms, or asset storage areas. Integrates UHF RFID reader, high-power alarm siren, and LED warning lights. When a tagged asset (e.g., laptop) passes through the gate without an authorized checkout on the system, the alarm triggers immediately with loud siren and flashing red lights. Operates 24/7, scanning everything that passes without manual security checks.
Anti-Metal Tags
Standard RFID tags fail on metal surfaces due to signal interference. Anti-metal tags solve this with a special insulating layer between the RFID chip and the metal surface. Manufactured by Nextwaves in Vietnam with a design that isolates the chip from metal, ensuring stable signal response even when attached directly to laptop backs, server cases, or electronic devices. Tags are thin, lightweight, and don't affect device operation.
Handheld Scanner (Hyperion)
In the Security Kit, the Handheld Scanner serves fixed asset inventory. Instead of flipping each laptop to check serial numbers, staff walks through offices and meeting rooms with the scanner. It automatically captures signals from all tagged devices in the room within minutes. Software cross-references scanned data with the asset database, instantly reporting which assets are present and which are missing.
Small Scanner (Hyperion Security Verifier)
Exclusive to the Security Kit. The Hyperion Security Verifier is a compact reader connecting to a computer via USB Type-C. Used for data enrollment: when attaching an anti-metal tag to a new asset, staff places the device on the desk, scans the tag to register asset information (device name, serial number, assigned user, department) into the system.
Nextwaves Cloud Software
Central platform managing all asset data. Register new assets by scanning anti-metal tags and entering device details. Track all tagged assets with real-time status. Configure authorized checkout lists for employees on business trips to prevent false alarms. View complete movement logs showing when each device entered or exited the premises.

Connect Small Scanner
Plug the Hyperion Security Verifier into your computer via USB cable. Plug & Play — no complex installation needed.
Enroll Your Assets
IT staff attaches anti-metal tags to the back of laptops, tablets, and other devices. Place each device on the desk near the Small Scanner to register — asset data is pushed directly to Nextwaves Cloud.
Monthly Asset Audit
At month-end, an admin walks through offices and meeting rooms with the Handheld Scanner. It automatically scans all devices in each room. Data syncs to the cloud for instant reconciliation against the master list.
24/7 Security Protection
The security gate continuously communicates with Nextwaves Cloud. If someone puts a laptop in their bag and walks through the gate without an authorized checkout, the alarm sounds immediately and the red light flashes.
