1-for-1 replacement for defects within 6 months and 12-month warranty

Dear Valued Customers and Partners, Nextwaves sincerely thanks our valued customers and partners for trusting, choosing, and using our official products. Nextwaves is committed to supporting customers with a transparent, prompt, and responsible warranty policy as follows:

1. 1-for-1 Replacement Policy for Defective Products within 6 Months

Within the first 6 months from the date of receipt, Nextwaves applies an immediate 1-for-1 replacement policy for defective official Nextwaves products. Any product that develops a defect within the first 6 months will be replaced with a new product without requiring further justification.

Coverage

  • Main products: when a defect occurs, Nextwaves will immediately replace the product with a new unit of the same model, specifications, and configuration, or with an equivalent product for the customer. The replacement within the first 6 months is completely free of charge.
  • Included accessories: if an accessory develops a defect, Nextwaves will replace it with the same type of accessory or an accessory with equivalent functionality so that the customer can continue using the product conveniently.
  • Software, configuration, or issues that can be resolved through updates, reinstallation, reconfiguration, or technical guidance: Nextwaves will provide prompt support. If no hardware defect is found, the product replacement policy shall not apply.

Conditions of application

All official Nextwaves products within the first 6 months from the date of receipt are eligible for the immediate 1-for-1 replacement policy in case of defects.

Warranty process

The customer provides Nextwaves with feedback and information regarding the product requiring warranty support. After receiving the request, Nextwaves will immediately send a new product to the customer at the confirmed address. At the same time, the customer shall return the defective product to Nextwaves' designated receiving center according to the provided instructions.

2. 12-Month Warranty Policy

All official Nextwaves products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt.

  • This warranty policy applies only to main products and does not automatically apply to accessories included with the main product.
  • When a product develops a defect within the warranty period, Nextwaves commits to receiving, inspecting, and completing the warranty process within 15 working days.
  • After a product has been repaired or serviced under warranty, Nextwaves guarantees that the same defect will not reoccur within 30 working days from the date the warranty service is completed. If the product requires warranty service again for the same defect within this period, or if Nextwaves exceeds the committed warranty processing time of 15 working days without a valid reason, the customer will be eligible for the 1-for-1 replacement policy.

Conditions of application

The product must be an official Nextwaves product and must still be within the first 12 months from the date of receipt.

Cases not covered by the 12-month warranty

  • Products damaged due to improper use, failure to follow instructions, incorrect power supply, unsuitable operating environment, fire, explosion, water ingress, moisture, oxidation, insect intrusion, natural disasters, fire incidents, or external physical impacts.
  • Products that have been opened, repaired, modified, had components replaced, had firmware changed, or been technically interfered with by any individual or organization not authorized by Nextwaves are not covered under the free warranty policy.
  • Defects arising from third-party software, incompatible integrated systems, incorrect device connections, improper accessories, or operation outside Nextwaves' technical recommendations will be inspected and supported on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty process

The customer sends the product requiring warranty service to Nextwaves according to the instructions provided by the technical support department or customer service department. After inspection and completion of the warranty process, Nextwaves will return the product to the customer at the confirmed address.

Nextwaves is committed to receiving and handling all warranty requests in a transparent, prompt, and responsible manner.
