At 8 a.m., Lan orders on Shopee. The warehouse prints the slip and goes to pick the shirts.

The M and the L look exactly alike
Folded in their bags, the only difference is a tiny size label. In the rush, the picker grabs one L without noticing.

Once the carton is sealed, nobody can check it
Checking with a barcode scanner means cutting the box open and scanning every item. Nobody does, so the wrong carton ships.

The customer gets the wrong size and returns it
Lan receives one M and one L. The order comes back, the shop pays shipping both ways, and gets a one-star review.

5RFID reads what is inside the sealed box
Each shirt carries a small RFID tag. Put the whole carton on the reader: it reads every tag through the cardboard and flags at once that there is an L the order did not ask for.

Fixed before it ships, right the first time
Swap the L for an M and read again: two size M shirts, matching the order. Print the label, ship it, and nothing comes back.
