抗金属标签

- You enroll each asset once with the small desk scanner: scan its tag, then pick or create the asset in Easy Inventory with its name, owner, and serial number. For a batch of laptops or tools, import a spreadsheet that matches tag IDs to your asset list. After that, every gate read and every audit knows exactly which asset it is, who owns it, and where it belongs.
Enroll assets by linking each tag ID to its record in one import. - The gate reads the tag as it goes through and checks it against Easy Inventory. If the asset is not cleared to leave, the alarm sounds and the event is logged with the exact item, time, and direction. Approved items pass silently, so staff are never slowed down at the door.
- Yes. Metal absorbs ordinary RFID signal, so the kit ships with anti-metal tags built to mount on laptops, tools, and steel cases and still read reliably at the gate and in a handheld audit. We help you place the first few so read rates stay high from the start.
