Extra tags bought during the year count toward your level. The higher the level, the lower the price per tag, down to 810đ. The difference comes back as credit after the year ends.

Buy tags all year they add up to your level
An example year of tag orders: 8 orders; the total reaches Bronze in May and Silver in September. The year closes at Silver with 120,000 tags, and about 30 days later 2,400,000đ of credit is issued.
Buy tags when you need them
Buy extra tags as usual, at 890đ per tag. Only fully paid orders count.

Eligible tags add up from January 1 to December 31. See your total and level in Sense One, under Tag Rewards.
Lock in your level, get credit
Your level is set at year end. About 30 days later, credit is issued to pay toward your next tag orders.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I see my level and tag count?
In Sense One, under Tag Rewards. Open it from the account menu in Sense Inventory, or go to nwc.nextwaves.app/loyalty.
Is the credit shown during the year final?
No. During the year it's an estimate. The final credit is confirmed and issued after the year ends.
Do orders from earlier this year count?
Yes. The program runs on the fiscal year, from 1 January to 31 December. Every eligible, fully paid tag order in that period counts.
We have several legal entities. Can we combine tags?
Yes, if the companies are related and Nextwaves agrees in writing. Ask your account manager to combine them.
What happens if I return tags?
Returned tags come off your yearly total, and your estimated credit goes down with them.
I have a special price. How is credit worked out?
Credit is the difference between what you paid and your level's price: Member 890đ, Bronze 880đ, Silver 870đ, Gold 850đ, Platinum 830đ, Diamond 810đ. An order paid at or below your level's price earns no credit, but its tags still count toward your level.
What if tag prices change during the year?
Each year's credit uses the level price table set for that year. Every order is still compared with the price you actually paid.
