Open Easy Inventory, go to the stock-in flow, then choose **Import Tags from RFID Reader**. Turn on auto scan, select the Desktop Dual Near-Field Reader, choose the product or variant you are receiving, and place the tagged items on the reader or inside the stock-in reader box shown in the video. Easy Inventory captures each EPC tag ID and creates the stock-in lines for that product, so the tag is now linked to the SKU, price, and stock quantity. For a large delivery, repeat by product group or import a spreadsheet first, then use the reader to confirm the real tags.

Checkout works after the tags have already been bound during Stock In. At the POS, staff place the basket or item stack on the RFID checkout reader. Easy Inventory reads the linked EPC tags, finds the matching products automatically, adds them to the cart, and updates stock when payment is completed. Staff do not need to search for each barcode or type each SKU.

After products are tagged and stocked in, staff use the handheld reader for full-store counts. Walk each aisle, sweep the racks, and the handheld reads the same EPC tags that were linked at Stock In. Easy Inventory compares the scan against expected stock, then flags missing, extra, or misplaced items. A count that used to take a full day by hand is usually done in 15 to 20 minutes.

Yes. If you already use another POS, Easy Inventory can sync product catalog, prices, and stock through API or CSV. If you use the POS inside Easy Inventory, the workflow is: create products, stock in RFID tags, sell at POS, then deduct stock and save EPCs on the order.
