Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect the quantity and quality of incoming goods, electronic components, and finished products. Arrange and store goods systematically to ensure easy identification and convenient inventory handling. Perform stock issuance for production requirements and prepare goods for customer deliveries. Maintain and monitor accurate and complete inventory records, including stock receipts, issues, and balances. Perform goods receipt, stock issuance, stock transfers, and inventory counting transactions in the ERP system, ensuring all data is updated completely and accurately. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damaged goods, and any arising issues. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
Male candidates with a college or university degree in Logistics or a related field. Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse, particularly handling electronic components, are preferred. Experience in inventory receipt, issuance, balance tracking, and stocktaking. Proficiency in computer use and Excel; experience with warehouse management software is an advantage. Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and well-organized. Ability to coordinate effectively with relevant departments, particularly Production.
