Desktop Dual Near-Field Reader
Fixed UHF RFID reader designed and manufactured in Vietnam. In warehouse operations, it is used to assign information to each RFID tag before attaching to cartons, packages, and products. Reads up to 400 tags per second. USB Plug & Play.
RFID Tags (UHF Labels)
RFID tags attached to cartons, packages, or pallets. Each tag stores item code, quantity, production lot, and import date. UHF signals allow readers to identify tags from several meters away, through multiple layers of packaging — no need to remove items from boxes.
Handheld Scanner (Hyperion)
Dual-purpose mobile scanner for warehouses. First role: inventory counting — walk along shelves and the scanner automatically reads all goods. A warehouse with thousands of SKUs completes counting in 15 minutes. Second role: item locating — enter an item code and the scanner works like a radar, beeping faster as you approach the target.
Location Tags
RFID tags permanently attached to specific warehouse locations: shelf edges, aisle endpoints, and floor zone markings. Each tag carries a unique location code (e.g., Zone A, Shelf 3, Level 2). When the scanner reads a location tag alongside product tags, the system automatically records which products are in which zone — creating a live digital warehouse map.
Nextwaves Cloud Software
Central platform coordinating all warehouse operations. Import module lets you add new products and assign RFID tags. Inventory module displays all goods with a digital map showing exact locations. During inventory checks, scanned data automatically cross-references with the system list and flags missing or misplaced items.
